Improved business development through telephone skills training
There are only a few ways in which we can communicate directly with our clients or prospective clients. We can send them letters or emails about topics that we think might be relevant to them, or we can pick up the phone and talk to them.
The concept of making a phone-call is simple, but the difficulty of using the telephone for effective business development is often underestimated. And like anything, if it’s done badly, it won’t work.
However, if it’s done well it can be an extremely effective business development tool. Music Makers does this specifically for professional services firms. As well as making the calls on behalf of our clients we also encourage them to make the calls themselves and as such, have developed a workshop designed to improve business development through telephone skills training.
