Sales Coaching & Training

Our coaching programmes consist of a series of one-to-one sessions. We combine non-directive and directive elements which means that the coaching allows for open discussion about the areas that are relevant to the individual, but also provides direction where required (see Sample Topics).

This is especially relevant to sales coaching where simple tools and techniques can be applied. The structure and focus of the sessions emphasise a very practical approach to developing business.

We define clear and measurable objectives, offer a healthy balance of challenge and support and take maximum utilisation into account to ensure that the sessions are productive. 

In addition to the one-to-one format, we also provide "on the job" coaching and sales training. We apply the same methodology in designing practical training sessions that ensure relevant new skills are acquired and put into practice.
